Mental Coach Information - 

My name is Joey Velez and I am a Mental Performance Coach located in Texas.  Originally from California, I received my Masters Degree in Sport Psychology in 2017 and became a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) in 2020 spending time working with the military, high school, and collegiate athletes in a variety of sports that include baseball, softball, basketball, swimming, and golf.

Mental performance training is about unlocking athletes’ potential and enhancing performance by conquering barriers, staying motivated, and maintaining focus under pressure. By providing research-based strategies, mental performance training enables athletes to perform at their best consistently and empowers the athlete to not just compete, but to thrive in every day life.  My mission is to motivate, inspire, and care for others to help them reach their potential. https://velezmentalperformance.com/
